Alan Z. Radegan
Managing Partner
Alan has a diverse background in finance, operations, and law. He has built a successful career collaborating with founder-owned businesses across various industries. Alan has extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions, investments, and entrepreneurship, focusing on guiding transactions for companies ranging from lower middle market to multibillion-dollar enterprises.
Prior to founding DealCrest, Alan was a practicing corporate and M&A attorney at top global law firms, where he represented strategic and private equity clients. He holds a degree in Finance and a Juris Doctor.
Outside of work, Alan is passionate about improving his golf game and he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Kareem H. Mahmoud
Senior Advisor
Kareem is an accomplished private equity investor who has built his professional career working with founder-owned businesses across many industries. He has worked with leading Private Equity firms including The Carlyle Group, Centre Partners and Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, where he focused on acquiring and transforming companies into leading national platforms. Prior to his Private Equity involvement, he worked with Wells Fargo Securities Investment Bank to advise large corporate clients on capital raising, mergers & acquisitions and strategic divestments. Kareem graduated from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business with a B.B.A in Finance and a second major in Economics.
Outside of work, Kareem is an avid outdoor enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He currently lives with his wife in New York City.
